All handmade items are food and dishwasher safe, however non-abrasive handwashing is always the recommended way to care for your ceramics.

Quinspired cannot be held accountable for any future breaks due to the fragile nature of handmade pottery. However with proper care, you can enjoy your pieces for many years!
SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 days of the order date.

Shipping within Canada is handled via Canada Post - Expedited Service. Shipping time will vary depending on your region and estimated between 2 - 7 business days.
Shipping to the United States is done via Expedited Parcel. Shipping time is typically 4-7 business days.

Shipping International is sent out via International Tracked Packet. Shipping time is typically 6 - 10 business days.

Customers are responsible for all customs, duties and import fees due upon delivery. Quinspired does not take responsibility for any delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are considered final. No returns or refunds accepted.
Due to the nature of hand made ceramics, no two pieces will ever be identical and variations in size, shape and colour will naturally occur.

If an item should arrive damaged due to shipping, a photo must be taken and emailed to quin@quinspired.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will work together to either provide a replacement or issue a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
